Second Floor: Approx 30% area can be covered
Our requirement is as below:
Ground floor – need 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets + 1 powder room, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 drawing room (for formal guests), foyer area
First floor – need 3 bedrooms, 3 toilets, 1 pantry, 1 living room
Second Floor – need 1 gym, 1 office, 1 househelp room with toilets
The rooms, toilets and living room Should be very spacious, could open kitchen in living room
