“We currently have a large slate/blue stone patio that is raised 27″ above the ground the face of the patio is brick. It is attached to the back of the house by the pool, I would like to have an outdoor kitchen/grill area with Gas to the Grill and electric for a refrigerator and plumbing for a sink/water source. At the main seating area I would like a stone fire pit with a Gazebo or retractable covering that has a mister and a fan with lights. I also need several receptacles/outlets at the main seating area. The existing slate is quite attractive and if we reuse it will save about $10,000 that being said it is very hot during the summer so I am mixed about the material to use. I would like a Gazebo type shade that is seasonal or retractable so that it does not block light from the house during the winter. My budget is $75,000-$85,000 for all except the Gazebo, I am thinking that is an additional $5,000-$15,000”. I would like to see some options with a different material that looks like sandstone, or fairly light colored material. That being said it will need to withstand hot summers and freezing winters. Additionally I will want to incorporate outdoor lighting for the walkways and patio. We would like to use the patio as additional outdoor rooms, a lounging area, a dinning
