L'appartamento di Lara
L'idea progettuale nasce dalla volontà di creare una casa moderna ed elegante,
ma sopratutto accogliente e flessibile; in modo che si adatti alle future esigenze della proprietà.
L'ingresso ha funzione di filtro prima di entrare nello spazio living; una comoda cappottiera consente di riporre soprabito e oggetti prima di entrare nella zona giorno.
Lo spazio living è molto ampio e moderno sfruttando tutta la lunghezza della casa creando un colpo d'occhio forte fin dall'ingresso .
Una zona cucina pranzo moderna ma allo stesso tempo molto funzionale con uno spazio ripostiglio molto capiente e utile a mantenere in ordine lo spazio della casa.
Il frigo incassato nella muratura per consentire di mantenere linee pulite nell'ambiente.
E un grosso bancone in corian bianco con doppia funzione; sia come zona di lavoro dal lato cucina, sia come snack dal lato pranzo per una colazione veloce al mattino, oppure come grosso piano d'appoggio quando si decide di mangiare sul tavolo da pranzo.
Inoltre una zona lavanderia dove riporre tutti gli abiti sporchi prima di essere lavati una zona lavatoio e uno spazio lavatrice, estremamente funzionale per la gestione della casa e della vita di chi ci abiterà.
Una ampia zona salotto composta da 3 divani comodi e rilassanti; tutto giocato sui toni del beige dato dal rovere spazzolato grezzo a terra il grigio dei divani e sprazzi di arancio/rosso sui cuscini e sulla fascia del tappeto a terra.
Per le camere da letto si è deciso di progettare una cabina armadio ad ognuna di esse in modo da poter sfruttare la meglio , nel modo più economico e funzionale lo spazio , liberando la stanza dall'ingombro degli armadi.
Un bagno centrale per le due stanze dei figli/ositi, che può fungere anche da bagno per gli ospiti,
lasciando completamente privato il bagno padronale.
Si è poi pensato ad una doppia soluzione per la zona notte: una con un corridoio nella zona notte che consente il collegamento della camera padronale direttamente con le camere dei figli senza passare dalla zona giorno, avendo però una stanza da letto apdronale e una cabina armadio più piccole.
E l'altro con il solo collegamento attraverso la zona giorno e sfruttando lo spazio per creare una cabina armadio per il letto dei figli e avendo una camera padronale e la relativa cabina armadio molto più ampia.

In addition, a laundry area where you can put all the dirty clothes to be washed before a wash area and washing space, extremely functional for the management of the house and the lives of those who dwell there.
A spacious seating area consists of 3 comfortable sofas and relaxing; all played in shades of beige raw data from the polished oak floor in the gray sofa and flashes of orange / red band on the pillows and the rug on the floor.
For bedrooms, it was decided to design a closet to each of them so you can take advantage of the best, in the most economical and functional space, freeing up room encumbrance of the cabinets.
A central bathroom for two rooms of the children / ositi, which can also serve as a guest bathroom,
leaving completely private master bath.
He then thought of a double solution for the bedroom, one with a corridor in the night so you can connect directly to the master bedroom with the rooms of the children without passing through the area, but having a bedroom and a walk-in closet apdronale smaller.
And the other with the only connection through the living area and using the space to create a wardrobe for the bed of the children and having a master bedroom walk-in closet and its much wider.
