Dear client, first of all - thank you for giving us the opportunity to design your living space. We find this project very inspirative! Therefore, we provide you with two similar, but also different solutions. First one (Solutoin1) is with divided spaces - entrance, living and dining rooms are separated with walls and doors. Second one (Solution2) is organized mora lake open-space layout. In both solutions we tried to provide you all your wishes (2 bathrooms, 1 WC, space for laundry, and lot of closets). Also, in both solutions, fireplace is placed as center figure between dining space and living room - so you could use it for heating and as an main point in your living room.
Its up to you now, to decide witch layout fits you the most :) Hope you will like it :) Best regards!
