The design of this plan aspired to the most favorable spatial organization and orientation of functional contents, and of course according to the stated requirements. The existing layout of entrances and windows, as well as the existing installations, conditioned the layout of individual rooms. This especially applies to the kitchen and the desired fireplace. Considering the large selection of fireplaces and stoves that can be found on the market today, I would recommend a wood-burning stove, which would serve for heating and food preparation at the same time. There is a large selection of different models and manufacturers, and the installation and maintenance of such a stove are simple and economical.
Two variants of the floorplans are proposed. The first variant is with an entrance area opened to the kitchen and living room. The second variant proposed the separation of the entrance and living area with a glass partition, which would physically separate the space but leave the possibility of visual contact.
