Our proposal is based in the construction of a elongated stair alongside one of the side walls which allows for maximum use of available space in all floors.

The first floor comprises a single space with the kitchenette, living and dining room. Additionally there is a small vestibule in the main entrance with storage for shoes, coats, etc. A small bedroom has been accommodated under the stair.

The first floor has two comfortable rooms with the bathrooms arranged in between. The sink has been left outside of the bathroom space and incorporated into the room furniture.

2 Dormer windows are necessary on the second floor to allow enough height (2.4m) for the third room and the final part of the stair. A terrace with views over the garden can be accessed from the corridor

2 additional windows have in added to the elevations in order to provide natural light where required.
