VERSIONE ITALIANA:
Il progetto è stato sviluppato sulla base delle sue indicazioni ma sono molti gli aspetti che mi piacerebbe poter approfondire, la sua casa è molto interessante sia come casa vacanze ad uso personale sia in ottica di utilizzo come struttura ricettiva.
L’attuale divisione dei due piani non permette un’ottimizzazione degli spazi, concordo con la sua idea di ridimensionare l’interpiano ottenendo un sottotetto più agevole.
Al piano terra ho scelto di creare un open-space. Sono delimitati solamente l’ingresso/guardaroba, spazio filtro fondamentale specialmente durante la stagione fredda, e il bagno. La parete di destra è interamente armadiata, un contenitore in legno che diventa mobile soggiorno/tv e poi cucina. La parete di sinistra ospita un comodo divano e un camino angolare di grande effetto scenico. L’arco verso l’esterno viene chiuso da una grande vetrata da cui si accede ad una veranda/pergola bioclimatica, un giardino d’inverno che si può sfruttare tutto l’anno per il pranzo.
La scala, posizionata nell’angolo da lei indicato, conduce al primo piano dove sono collocate due camere da letto con bagno interno, una matrimoniale ed una singola per ragazzi che diventa una doppia sfruttando il soppalco.
Verso il giardino il primo piano, così come il secondo, è arretrato rispetto al muro perimetrale in cui è presente l’arco. Questo distacco, oltre a permettere il passaggio della canna fumaria, crea un gioco di prospettive interessante.
Continuando a salire si accede al sottotetto dove si trova una seconda camera matrimoniale con bagno interno, una camera ampia che potrebbe diventare una tripla. L’ultimo piano è previsto nel mio progetto senza una reale chiusura verso il piano terra ma è possibile naturalmente sigillare anche questo spazio.
Il tetto può essere ricostruito in legno oppure semplicemente coibentato. Non ritengo necessario eseguire degli abbaini, ho preferito inserire nella falda verso il giardino un grande vetrata ad angolo che crea una visione panoramica impagabile terra/cielo per entrambe le camere matrimoniali. L’esecuzione di abbaini, ad ogni modo, è compatibile con la distribuzione degli spazi, si può sicuramente sviluppare specialmente in ottica di convertire l’abitazione a struttura ricettiva.
I materiali scelti rispecchiano le sue suggestioni: pietra e legno si alternano in uno stile di montagna ma sobrio e moderno. Il pavimento esistente al piano terra sembra interessante dalle foto fornite, ho mantenuto la parte in ciotoli all’ingresso e nella zona del camino, la parte restante può essere realizzata in pietra locale a grandi lastre. Per il passaggio degli impianti e per le parti mancanti come la veranda il pavimento può essere rimosso e ri-posato così come integrato. I piani superiori e la scala sono in legno così come i contenitori, rovere o quercia americana sono essenze da privilegiare. L’uso del bianco o comunque colori chiari caldi nelle murature amplifica lo spazio.
La veranda è realizzata in metallo tipo Corten con ante scorrevoli che si possono impacchettare durante la stagione estiva. Una fioriera in metallo delinea tutto il perimetro ed ospita al suo interno piante erbacee perenni a bassa necessità idrica in modo che un’irrigazione a goccia sia sufficiente alla manutenzione.
La fioriera alloggia nella parte bassa e al suo interno delle strip led che definiscono le linee del progetto e creano un’illuminazione diffusa e scenografica.

The project was developed on the basis of his indications but there are many aspects that I would like to be able to deepen, his house is very interesting both as a holiday home for personal use and in terms of use as an accommodation facility.
The current division of the two floors does not allow for space optimization, I agree with his idea of resizing the inter-floor to obtain an easier attic.
On the ground floor I chose to create an open space. Only the entrance / wardrobe, a fundamental filter space especially during the cold season, and the bathroom are delimited. The right wall is entirely cupboard, a wooden container that becomes a living room / TV cabinet and then a kitchen. The left wall houses a comfortable sofa and a corner fireplace with a great scenic effect. The arch towards the outside is closed by a large window which gives access to a bioclimatic veranda / pergola, a winter garden that can be used all year round for lunch.
The staircase, located in the corner indicated by you, leads to the first floor where there are two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one double and one single for children which becomes a double using the mezzanine.
Towards the garden, the first floor, as well as the second, is set back from the perimeter wall where the arch is located. This detachment, in addition to allowing the passage of the flue, creates an interesting game of perspectives.
Continuing to climb you enter the attic where there is a second double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a large room that could become a triple. The top floor is foreseen in my project without a real closure to the ground floor but it is of course possible to seal this space too.
The roof can be rebuilt in wood or simply insulated. I do not think it necessary to perform dormer windows, I preferred to insert a large corner window in the pitch towards the garden that creates a priceless panoramic view of the earth / sky for both double bedrooms. The execution of dormers, however, is compatible with the distribution of spaces, it can certainly be developed especially with a view to converting the house into an accommodation facility.
The materials chosen reflect its suggestions: stone and wood alternate in a mountain style but sober and modern. The existing floor on the ground floor looks interesting from the photos provided, I kept the pebble part at the entrance and in the fireplace area, the rest can be made of local stone with large slabs. For the passage of the systems and for the missing parts such as the veranda, the floor can be removed and re-laid as well as integrated. The upper floors and the staircase are in wood as well as the containers, oak or American oak are essences to be preferred. The use of white or in any case light warm colors in the walls amplifies the space.
The veranda is made of Corten-type metal with sliding doors that can be packed up during the summer season. A metal planter outlines the entire perimeter and houses perennial herbaceous plants with low water requirements so that a drip irrigation is sufficient for maintenance.
The planter has in the lower part and inside the LED strips that define the lines of the project and create a diffused and scenographic lighting.
