Dear client,
First of all, I wanted to thank you for giving us the opportunity to work on this challenging project. I’ve really enjoyed working on it. I tried to fulfill all your requirements in order to be as functional & aesthetic as possible.
I hope I was successful to turn it from just a house to the “Home” you love to live in with your family.
Secondly regarding the project design zones,
- The living area was designed in a way in order to make it as practical and flexible as possible, while opening the kitchen on the space and connecting both areas with a bar which blends perfectly with the living area.
- In the “Closed balcony”, I’ve removed the French door which made the space look much bigger and gave the opportunity to place an office area with a relaxing reading corner as well.
- I wanted to give the master bedroom the feeling of a luxurious hotel suite while making it more elegant and comfortable.
- The child bedroom was the most challenging space. I had to demolish/move some walls in order to create a private space for him. You can easily see the slight difference, As shown in the drawings. I’ve found that placing a bunk bed is the best option while respecting the existing window at the same time.
- Regarding the bathroom, a built-in sink and a large shower with built in shelves was designed as requested.
- Placing the laundry (as shown in plan), was found to be the best option for it.
Lastly, if you like the design yet need some additional data, adjustments or changes, I would be happy to help you!
Thank You!
