Description

Dear Client,

Thank you for the opportunity to redesign your apartment. I developed this proposal design after analyzing and studying your needs and requirements. Firstly, the living room, dining room, and kitchen are remained in the same location. I removed the French door from the living room to the kitchen. I proposed a big L-shaped sofa in the living room so the family can comfortably sit and watch TV. Because there is no window in the living and dining room, I proposed some light fixtures, such as suspension lamps, floor lamp, and LED strip lights, to brighten up the space. I proposed two sofa color selections, white and grey. A white sofa can brighten the room. However, the grey sofa is more suitable for a family who has a 4-year-old son. I also proposed two coffee table selections: one is made of glass, and one is made of wood. Both have curved/round shapes, which is not dangerous for kids. When the kid accidentally draws on the table, the coffee table made of glass is easier to clean. I also proposed a round dining table with marble surface material. It can save space, and the material is also easy to clean.

For the color palette, I choose neutral colors, such as the shade of 'white' and 'beige' with colors accent, such as the shade of 'rust' or 'ginger' color. The area of the master bedroom, and single bedroom might be smaller than the area requirement by the law, however, it can be still comfortable to used as a second home. The adaptability of the space ensures that it can cater to your changing needs over time.

I uploaded the two proposal render views for the living room, with a selection of sofas and coffee tables.
I hope that you find the design as functional and harmoniously integrated as much as I do.
Regards,
