Come richiesto dal cliente si è cercato di non stravolgere la distribuzione ipotizzata,al fine di intervenire il meno possibile sulla struttura esistente.
Si è cercato,quindi, di rinnovare completamente lo stile degli ambienti per renderli funzionali e, allo stesso tempo, moderni e ricercati.
Ogni intervento edile proposto si basa sull'uso del cartongesso utilizzato per creare tramezze divisorie o controsoffittature studiate in funzione degli spazi.
Le finiture principali sono:
-grès porcellanato in grandi formati e colore bianco a piano primo per permettere alla luce naturale di penetrare e riflettere maggiormente negli ambienti più bui quali l'ingresso e il soggiorno
- gres porcellanato scuro, con finitura effetto pietra, per arricchire il bagno principale a piano secondo
-parquet nella zona notte per rendere l'ambiente caldo e accogliente (si propone, in alternativa al parquet, di continuare a piano secondo con del grès porcellanato scuro).
Si propone di rivestire la scala esistente in resina cementizia, finitura effetto cemento.
I rivestimenti dei bagni saranno analoghi alle pavimentazioni in grès di riferimento ( quindi grès bianco a piano primo e grès scuro a piano secondo).
Le pareti saranno tinteggiate bianche tranne alcuni punti in cui si propone l'uso di tinteggiatura scura-grigia con effetto spatolato per arricchire o evidenziare l'ambiente.
Si propone,inoltre, l'uso della carta da parati con design contemporaneo in salotto per caratterizzare l'ambiente in modo ricercato.
L'illuminazione è stata studiata sulla base delle funzioni e dell'ambiente che si vuole ricreare: attraverso l'uso di faretti e di strisce led nei controsoffitti si creeranno ambienti ricchi e suggestivi.
Ogni elemento di arredo è stato scelto sulla base dello stile richiesto dal cliente, per creare un ambiente contemporaneo, giovane, minimal e ricercato in ogni sua combinazione (vd. tavola arredi)

INGRESSO: si è scelto di caratterizzare la zona adiacente alla porta d'ingresso con una tramezza, al fine di creare una protezione tra la "casa" e l'egresso vero e proprio. Grazie a questa tramezza si ha la possibilità di inserire due armadi ( uno con spessore contenuto che potrà fungere da scarpiera) e un comodo specchio.

CAMERA 1: per il bagno si propone una porta scorrevole posizionata lungo il lato lungo al fine di distribuire meglio gli arredi e di avere lo spazio per una doccia 90 x 90 cm. L'arredo proposto, i sanitari, la doccia e la porta scorrevole sono stati scelti in quanto ottimali per una persona anziana.

SOGGIORNO:
Si conferma l'apertura maggiore tra corridoio d'ingresso e salotto.
A separazione del salotto con la cucina si propongono due soluzioni:
-1° proposta: schermare l'intervento strutturale che verrà fatto per permettere l'apertura tra cucina e salotto ( cerchiature o simili) con del cartongesso. Si propone la reazione di "pilastri" in cartongesso al fine di dividere lo spazio tra soggiorno e cucina permettendo alla luce di passare e, allo stesso tempo, di caratterizzare l'ambiente in maniera innovativa e raffinata.
-2° proposta: mantenere l'intervento strutturale a vista utilizzando dell'acciaio con finitura idonea per essere posizionato a vista. Questo caratterizzerà profondamente l'ambiente rendendolo moderno e "particolare".
Si propone inoltre di giocare con il controsoffitto (vista l'importante altezza dei locali a piano primo) creando pieni e vuoti con velette ribassate e sfondati.
Questi "giochi" saranno evidenziati dall'uso combinato dell'illuminazione (faretti e strisce led).

CUCINA e PRANZO: si è creato un grande angolo cucina, con una cucina a ferro di cavallo e a penisola. Si è scelto di utilizzare la penisola come elemento caratterizzante dello spazio con il posizionamento di un ripiano sporgente a creare un angolo snack con sgabelli proprio di fronte al piano di cottura.
La sala pranzo tra la cucina e il salotto è studiata per ospitare un piano allungabile. Il controsoffitto e l'illuminazione, a faretti o con lampade a sospensione, sono, anche in questo caso, studiate sulla base dell'ambiente da creare.

CAMERA 2: Si propone di caratterizzare l'ambiente con una Scala-Arredo per il soppalco. I primi gradini saranno creati per diventare ripiani e mensole. Le pedate della scala saranno in parte a sbalzo. L'uso del legno e dell'acciaio del parapetto renderanno la scala un elemento unico e distintivo.

TERRAZZA SU CAMERA 2: date le dimensioni e l'accesso esclusivo dalla camera matrimoniale ho voluto fare una proposta azzardata e divertente: l'inserimento di una mini vasca idromassaggio per esterni, per rendere l'ambiente del terrazzo una zona relax e intima da usare in estate e in inverno.

BAGNO PIANO SECONDO : si propone l'inserimento di una tramezza in cartongesso oltre l'ingresso del bagno per proteggere visivamente l'angolo Wc dal resto dell'ambiente. Come da richieste del committente si propone un’ampia doccia con piatto a filo pavimento personalizzato con il proseguimento della stessa pavimentazione o con l'inserimento di elementi in legno teak (dato il posizionamento della doccia si è preferito sacrificare l'uso del vetro cemento) . Dato lo spazio si propone un importante mobile arredobagno contemporaneo e di design ad arricchire tutto l'ambiente .

The walls of the bathrooms will be similar to the flooring stoneware reference (so white porcelain and stoneware dark first floor on the second floor).
The walls will be painted white except for some points which proposes the use of dark-gray painting with spatula to enhance or highlight the environment.
It also proposes the use of wallpaper in the living room with contemporary design to characterize the environment so sought after.
The lighting has been designed on the basis of the functions and the environment you want to create: through the use of spotlights and LED strips in the ceiling will create environments rich and evocative.
Each piece of furniture has been chosen on the basis of the style required by the customer, to create a contemporary, young, minimal and refined in every combination (see. Table decor)

INPUT: you chose to characterize the area adjacent to the front door with a partition in order to create a barrier between the "home" and the egress real. With this partition you can insert two closets (one with thick content that can serve as a shoe rack) and a handy mirror.

ROOM 1: for the bathroom proposes a sliding door positioned along the long side in order to better distribute the furnishings and to have space for a shower 90 x 90 cm. The proposed furniture, sanitary ware, shower and sliding door were chosen as optimal for an elderly person.

LIVING ROOM:
It confirms the larger opening between the entrance hall and living room.
A separation of the living room with the kitchen will offer two solutions:

These "games" will be highlighted by the combined use of lighting (spotlights and LED strips).

KITCHEN and DINING: there has been a large kitchen, with a kitchen horseshoe and peninsula. It was decided to use the peninsula as a characteristic element of the space with the positioning of a shelf protruding to create a snack corner with stools right in front of the hob.
The dining room between the kitchen and the living room is designed to accommodate an extensible. The ceiling and lighting, to a spot light or suspended lamps, are, also in this case, designed on the basis of the environment to be created.

ROOM 2: It is proposed to characterize the environment with a straight-furnishing the loft. The first steps will be created to become shelves and shelves. The treads of the staircase will partly cantilevered. The use of wood and steel staircase railing will make a unique and distinctive.

TERRACE ON CAMERA 2: given the size and exclusive access from the master bedroom I wanted to make a proposal risky and fun: the inclusion of a mini hot tub, outdoor terrace to make the environment of a relaxation and intimate to use in summer and in winter.

BATHROOM SECOND FLOOR: It is proposed to insert a partition plasterboard over the entrance to the bathroom to protect the visually corner toilet from the rest of the environment. As required by the customer proposes a large shower with floor-plate personalized with the continuation of the same flooring or with the inclusion of elements in teak wood (given the positioning of the shower was rather sacrifice the use of glass cement) . Since the space is proposed a major cabinet bathroom furniture and contemporary design to enrich the whole environment.
