The first "A", provides for the concentration of the sleeping area of the apartment on the right wing. The two bathrooms are combined in order to free up space to transfer the kitchen facing the living room and facing toward the conservatory through the transformed window sill sitting. In the entrance area it is located the wardrobe built into the wall and closet laundry area, isolated from the rest so you can use a washing machine and other utensils without acoustically disturbing adjacent rooms. The study area opens on the entry and stay through the passage of curves to-ceiling glass walls. The living area is designed as an open space with lounge area and dining area complete with their wall units, of which, the frone sofas contains sub-window design stove and TV port. The kitchen with island and breakfast bar with stools, can be isolated from the rest of the living area through the large sliding panels.
The winter garden is located where required by the customer; the gazebo is at the center of the lowest in order to have different views "green garden": that of the rose garden and the orchard flush with the wall on the opposite side. The gazebo thus can be directly served by the utility sub-scale equipped with outdoor kitchen and bar.
The second proposal, ozione "B", is structured on the central axis that contains living room and entrance, the sides of which are arranged the two bedrooms of the sleeping area with bathrooms. The kitchen is provided in the same distribution area of the state of fact and opens onto the living room by a breakfast bar with stools-breakfast. The living space is qualified by the two great pillars isolated, freed from the boundary walls, which identify the study area and the area of the stove on which faces the dining table and the window-sill equipped with sitting area for relaxation.
In both proposals it is expected to maintain existing waste stacks and the relocation of the boiler outside the apartment for safety reasons.
