The project concept was to get a warm living room with seating area - piano corner - smart corner , an open kitchen to get the sense of larger open space , a children closed room for studying, playing , could be a guest room when needed and in the future can be made as a room for one of the children, all this while keeping the floor and bathroom.
WALLS - DOORS - WINDOWS
This concept was easily obtained by least demolishing and building work to save working energy.
The blind room wall was removed for a bigger living room, the old kitchen entrance was built up as a wall, another door opening was added infront of the bathroom door to access the children's room, all window openings are the same no change.
LIVING AREA
Living area is virtually separated from the lounge by a double sided shelf inorder to specify the space more.
It is divided to 3 zones, Seating zone with an L -shaped sofa, hanging tv table, wall decorated with vertical wood tiles , large photo frames,
Piano zone where piano is fitted into a piano wardrobe for more elegant look.
Smart working zone in then corner (surrounded by 3 walls for more privacy and better concentration)
Piano wardrobe/ double sided shelves are uploaded in the private source as sketchup files where you can easily get any wanted dimensions from.
OPEN KITCHEN
Kitchen was made in the eastern zone , near the old kitchen for easier pipe work depending on the white and orangy wood color to get the warm feeling matching the floor with 4seated counter with rustic rug (not to kill the animal but taken after their death and some are made artificial)
Style was made simple, chic, depending on the warm colors as bayj, white, brown, with addition to a pop of simon/ orange color to match the floorings
The arched opening to be replaced with a normal rectangular opening for atheistic look.
CHILDREN'S ROOM
Children can study where to glass desks ( for wider feeling) are provided with shelves for colorful storage boxes and studying books.
Also a playing zone for them with large colorful carpet to specify the zone.
A seating area to enjoy the tv with an expanded bed sofa to be a sleeping zone when needed for a guest or for the children.
Studying shelves dimensions are provided in the private source so you can easily get any wanted dimension in the form of sketchup file.
Also provided the cad plan to get any wanted furniture dimensions.
