Thank you for this great project. I've attached my design. I'll briefly explain it.
I considered many aspects of the space planning, referring to your description. The most significant change in my design was the relocation of the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is in the former bathroom, and the bathroom is also in the former kitchen. This brings the kitchen closer to the living room and dining room. This allows us to find a solution for the two bathrooms, keeping them close to the plumbing. Although a wall addition (see the image for the wall addition) is necessary to facilitate plumbing and conceal protruding areas.
I also considered the bedroom and guest bedroom/office. The layout I created aligns with your desire to separate the living room from the bedroom, as both bedrooms are located at the back. I've also attached renderings of the living room, dining room, and kitchen, with a modern minimalist concept. This allows you to visualize the finished space.
