Residential - Apartment
Dear client,
This project focuses on the reconstruction and renovation of your apartment, with careful consideration of its existing constructive limitations. The main design goal was to create a clear functional separation between the living and sleeping zones, ensuring both comfort and privacy for the occupants.
The proposed solution introduces a new layout that maximizes spatial efficiency while respecting the building’s structural constraints.
Only the necessary demolition works are planned, followed by the addition of new partition walls in strategic positions.
Upon entering the apartment, a new wall may be introduced to define the entry zone and separate it from the dining area.
However, the option of maintaining an open-plan concept is also possible, allowing flexibility depending on your preference.
A wardrobe for shoes and jackets is accommodated within a newly formed niche in the entrance area, providing both practicality and a clean aesthetic.
Next to the dining room is kitchen with all the necessary appliances and long counter preparation area.
The wall dividing rooms A and B at the moment should be demolished and a new wall is to be built in order to form a spacious living room and a small bedroom. Master bedroom (C) and bedroom (D) stay the same, especially considering a large corner wardrobe that you have in master bedroom that could not be properly placed in other bedrooms.
Around the existing water supply and sewage verticals, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a dedicated laundry/storage area are organized.
First bathroom, closer to living and dining room can also serve as guest restroom.
Storage and washing machine are placed within built-in cabinets placed along the mini corridor that leads to the second bathroom.
I would like to thank you for this interesting project and wish you good luck with your renovation!
Best regards!
