Nella stesura del progetto architettonico è stato studiato il soleggiamento affinchè ogni stanza potesse avere la migliore luce naturale durante la giornata.
Successivamente, nell'organizzazione spaziale si è cercato di rendere funzionale ogni angolo della casa e sfruttando al massimo la superficie, valorizzando ancor di più il suo valore estetico.
Fatto ciò, abbiamo evitato di spostare,gratuitamente, le finestre esistenti per aprirne altre, e questo solo a vantaggio del cliente. I nuovi infissi li immaginiamo in legno, essenza Castagno, con prestazioni altamente termo/isolanti. All'esterno, abbiamo aggiunto degli scuri esterni scorrevoli ed automatizzati.
L'illuminazione artificiale la immaginiamo a led ai fini del risparmio energetico.
Ai fini del risparmio energetico si consiglia anche di installare un sistema di domotica.
Parte della casa sarà controsoffittata ad eccezzione della zona living, ove l'effetto di ribassamento poteva risultare schiacciante, ed al contempo gli effetti scalanti risultano molto più gradevoli.
Concludendo, mi auguro che possa piacere la nostra soluzione, ricordando anche che per eventuali e successive verifiche del progetto rimaniamo a loro completa disposizione.
