I here enlist my requests regarding the flat to refurbish, for which I am attaching some pictures and a map in PDF and dwg, and the drawings for the house plan in jpg.
Living area:
– Fully equipped kitchen, ideally overlooking the terrace;
– Dining room. I already own a dining table (90x180cm), extendable up to 250cm;
– Living room with fitted wall, sofas and armchairs;
– Small office;
– A coat-hanger (possibly a wardrobe) for guests;
– Bathroom (it doesn’t matter if small but functional for guests);
Bedrooms:
– Master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a wide wardrobe or walk in closet, ideally overlooking the terrace;
– Two secondary bedrooms, with walk in closet;
– A laundry room, with washing machine, dryer and built in closet;
– Coat room/Built in closet close to bedrooms;
Notes: I am willing to consider your suggestions in terms of relocation, demolition of walls or new installations into the kitchen or bathrooms (for instance, for bathrooms SANITRIT) regarding the drainings pointed out by the maps.
