I TEMI CONDUTTORI DEL PROGETTO

Il progetto si propone di rispondere a tutte le richieste poste a base del contest,
Vngono anche proposte due varianti al progetto di base che, sostanzialmente vedono la possibilità: di realizzare una camera degli ospiti o di realizzare la lavanderia direttamente nella parte giorno della casa.
La disposizione degli scarichi poneva un problema piuttosto complesso data la posizione e la difficoltà quasi certa di spostare le colonne interne all'appartamento.
Si è scelto di non ricorrere a soluzioni come trituratori o simili elaborantdo il progetto in modo da renderlo coerente con un piccolo rialzo della pavimentazione nella parte delle camere e della sala cinema.
Sul grande terrazzo sono stati affacciati il soggiorno, lo studio. la cucina e la camera padronale.
Si è preferito dare alla cucina una soluzione chiusa, sia per permettere un miglior inserimento della fitta pilastratura presente dalla parte del terrazzo principale sia per sfruttare al meglio il grande soggiorno.
La cucina è stata però visivamente e funzionalmente collegata al soggiorno, ed in particolare alla zona pranzo, realizzando una grande vetrata che potrà essere apribile realizzando una grande finestra a ghigliottina od altre forme di apertura.
Per il soggiorno, data la notevole dimensione, superiore ai 60 mq., viene proposta la possibilità di una suddivisione funzionale mediante l'uso di una parete mobile tipo ESFELLER, sistema capace di una notevole insonorizzazione rispetto al resto della casa. Insonorizzazione che potrà essere estesa anche a pareti e pavimenti,
Sono stati mantenuti funzionali tutti gli ingressi e realizzate armadiature nei punti di passaggio, per avere ampi spazi per la biancheria e per ripostiglio che per le cappottiere a servizio delle camere e del soggiorno.
A fianco in piccolo sono presentate due varianti al progetto di base. la prima prevede la realizzazione di una stanza per gli ospiti nello spazio tra la sala cinema e l'ingresso e la seconda lo spostamento della lavanderia nella zona giorno con possibilità di realizzare la cabina armadio per entrambe le stanze delle figlie e di ingrandire il bagno padronale


THE LEITMOTIFS OF THE PROJECT
