Description

Key points of the project
1- Reducing corridors
2- Elimination of useless spaces and useful use of spaces
3- Paying attention to the demands of the employer and the limitations of the project
In this project, part of the retaining wall was preserved. Mentioned limitations such as beams were also considered. Other spaces were changed according to the client's wishes. We provided a closet for the customer and also placed closets for use in various spaces such as the living room, hallways and rooms. We avoided creating useless spaces such as long corridors. A study room with a terrace facing the square makes perfect sense. We also had a small bathroom for a separate bedroom. We place the kitchen in a position that is both close to public spaces and privately accessible, as well as a space separate from the living room. We also have two bathrooms, one with bathtub and laundry and the other near the guest room and living room.
