I have fully adhered to your requirements for colors, materials and furniture in a modern style.
The floor in the living room and hallway I decided on a current laminate parquet, in a lighter color of the wood, for the kitchen I used modern spill flooring. The ceiling I decided on a suspended ceiling of plasterboard for the built-in lighting in places and the free-hanging lighting in the living room. In the living room, in addition to the soft seating, I set up a dining table, as required. I removed the fireplace to use the space by the TV for more storage. I also set up a corner for a library. I have used colors and materials that create a cozy finish. In the kitchen I have used entirely natural colors and materials by reference - wood, cream and ribbed glass for an accent. I also adapted the ribbed glass into a cabinet opposite the sink. I also kept the dining table. I have used fabric blinds that compensate for the lack of space.
