After many years of classic style furnishings (as you can see from the photos) I now love the modern style, used in luxury accommodation facilities in Alto Adige, oak wood and warm tones. Colors should not be excluded to break up the monochromatic theme that is used by everyone in this period. The kitchen overlooks the living room through a folding door that we can also review. For the kitchen we would like to keep the table in any case so that the 4 of us can eat comfortably, perhaps also reviewing the development of the same considering that in any case the drain for the sink and dishwasher is positioned near the large window, as in the attached photo. In the living room there is no station with a fixed table and chairs that we would like to have for dinners with friends. The fireplace has never been used and we could also knock it down to obtain a storage space that is missing. The house has radiators (in the living room positioned under the window and in the kitchen to the left of the folding door) and air conditioning in the living room above the sliding door that leads to the sleeping area. The corridor should be lowered with a plasterboard solution to hide the pipes just made for the summer air conditioning. On this occasion, the lighting should be evaluated, which is now with a central chandelier. The ceilings are 2.70 m high. The fixtures are just mounted in white PVC. We also evaluate the replacement of the flooring, with non-invasive low-profile solutions so as not to reduce the height of the rooms, so as to make them coordinated with the new style.


SPA:
Después de muchos años de amueblar en un estilo clásico (como puedes ver en las fotos) ahora me encanta el estilo moderno, utilizado en las instalaciones de alojamiento de lujo de Alto Adige, madera de roble y tonos cálidos. No se deben excluir los colores para romper la temática monocromática que todos utilizan en este período. La cocina da al salón a través de una puerta abatible que también podemos volver a ver. Para la cocina nos gustaría de todas formas mantener la mesa para poder comer los 4 cómodamente, quizás también revisando su desarrollo teniendo en cuenta que de todas formas el desagüe para el fregadero y el lavavajillas está posicionado cerca del gran ventanal, como se muestra en la foto adjunta. En el salón falta una estación con mesa fija y sillas que nos gustaría tener para las cenas con amigos. La chimenea nunca se ha utilizado e incluso podríamos derribarla para conseguir algo de espacio de almacenamiento que falta. La casa dispone de radiadores (en el salón situados debajo de la ventana y en la cocina a la izquierda de la puerta plegable) y aire acondicionado en el salón encima de la puerta corredera que da a la zona de dormir. El pasillo debe ser rebajado con una solución de yeso para ocultar las tuberías recientemente instaladas para el aire acondicionado de verano. En esta ocasión conviene valorar la iluminación que ahora está disponible con una lámpara central. Los techos tienen una altura de 2,70 m. Los marcos de las ventanas son nuevos y están colocados en PVC blanco. También evaluamos la sustitución del pavimento, con soluciones no invasivas de perfil bajo para no reducir la altura de los ambientes, y así lograr que estén coordinados con el nuevo estilo.

Dopo tanti anni di arredamento con stile classico (come potete vedere dalle foto) ora amo lo stile moderno, utilizzato nelle strutture ricettive luxury dell'Alto Adige, legno rovere e toni caldi. Non devono essere esclusi i colori per spezzare ll tema monocromatico che viene usato da tutti in questo periodo. La cucina si affaccia sul soggiorno tramite una porta a libro che possiamo anche rivedere. Per la cucina ci piacerebbe mantenere in ogni caso il tavolo per poter mangiare comodi noi 4 magari rivedendo anche lo sviluppo della stessa considerando che in ogni caso lo scarico per il lavandino e lavastoviglie è posizionato vicino al finestrone, come da foto allegata. In soggiorno manca una postazione con tavolo e sedie fisse che ci piacerebbe poter avere per cene con amici. Il camino non è stato mai utilizzato e potremmo anche abbatterlo per ottenere uno spazio storage che manca. La casa ha i radiatori (nel salone posizionato sotto la finestra e in cucina a sx della porta libro) e condizionatore sulla sala sopra la porta scorrevole di accesso alla zona notte. Il corridoio va ribassato con una soluzione di cartongesso per nascondere le tubazioni appena effettuate per la climatizzazione estiva. In tale occasione va valutata l'illuminazione che ora si ha con un lampadario centrale. I soffitti sono alti 2,70 mt. Gli infissi sono appena montati in PVC bianco. Valutiamo anche la sostituzione della pavimentazione, con soluzioni non invasive a basso profilo per non diminuire l'altezza degli ambienti, in modo da renderle coordinate al nuovo stile.
