PROJECT BRIEF:
LIVING AREA REDEVELOPMENT,
Hello,
I have studied the provided data and tried various layout positions and the submitted one feels better than all of the remaining one, I did several things, I am mentioning them pointwise,
1. I have shifted the orientation of the main sofa set and TV unit, it provides us with better visual angles and a brief backdrop for the same, I have proposed some curvilinear decoration and storage area in the old TV unit spot, this way we can also put more couch space.
2. I have shifted the dining table and placed it centrally, there is movement all around and its working as an island as well, its not causing any hindrance in the major movement lines.
Also, there is a chandelier on top of it, and some green partition TV wall which is not full heighted so that you can observe whole of ceiling at once, this partition is dividing our hall area by defining dedicated spaces and not making any visual or solid partition.
3. I have also placed some louvers on the lobby door which are getting flushed with the walls, there were so many doors in that area, by putting louvers and merging them with the wall will also provide a backdrop for the dining table when you enter the house.
4. I have made some changes in the kitchen as well, previously the working triangle was not proper and due to the dining table in the kitchen it was very congested, I know you did not want to move it out but I thought it would be better to have a dedicated fine dining table outside the kitchen which will cater both family and visitors and will leave you with a bigger kitchen in which you have adequate slab space around the HOB and Sink, also we have a dedicated pantry unit now and OTG unit as well, we have some glass shutters with lighting inside, and lighter colors tones makes it more peaceful to work in it, we have also two cove lights in the ceiling along with two COB lights.
5. There is so much more in the designing process but I am leaving it for you, I really you like it.
