Description

Dear client

Working on your project has been pleasure for us because of the special context and its challenges.

According to the client needs, we realized that the project perspective will be one of the most important challenges on this project. First we tried to define the position and orientation of the building along the natural slope of the property. According to the regulation of distance from the four sides, the electric poles location and maximum use of perspective, caused us to define two axes in the project: one facing Mountains and another along the eastern valley.

In addition to solving the problems mentioned, these two axes will provide us maximum view on the project and we will organize the private and public spaces inside them.

Another of our challenges was the interaction between the building and the sloping design context. According to the client's request, we can organize the spaces on the ground floor, 1st basement and 2nd basement floors, but this approach caused a lot of changes in the context. Therefore, we organized the main spaces in 2 floors, ground floor and 1st basement floor. According to the building form, we designed a mezzanine space as a study and an outdoor sitting area interacted with nature in 2nd basement floor.

We tried to design cozy and pleasant spaces using form, void spaces and …, that each of them has special behavioral characteristics.
The proposed structure of the project is the exposed concrete structure in 4 axes, which is mentioned in the drawings. The materials of the walls and ceilings are exposed concrete, wood and white coat. For flooring, white polished concrete and wood were considered.

We hope you enjoy the final result.
Best regards
