The idea is to keep the existing load-bearing and non-load-bearing structure where possible.
The openings have been revised to adapt to the new distribution of interior spaces.
The green area outside has been reconstructed by the few indications received and the photos available.
The existing size of the house has allowed the construction of the three separate apartments with all the client requested while maintaining a good size of the individual spaces, giving greater prominence to the "main" apartment on two floors with open spaces and large rooms.
