In the following proposal the demolitions are minimal. The living room will be located near the entrance by demolishing the wall that separates the first two room. The kitchen will be located near the bathrooms in this way making it simple to connect the water and the drainage. The dining space will be located near the kitchen in this way creating an open space day room. The bathrooms remain the same, as requested and we create a bigger master bedroom, and two small bedrooms for the children as in the attached floor plans.
The whole home will have light oak floorboards, except the bathroom. The walls will be white, and also most of the furniture will be white or light colored in this way creating more opened and illuminated spaces.
