Design Analysis:
• At first the basic requirement of client is well understood and the design is proposed to well satisfy the client requirements.
• Living area is made with combination of Kitchen and Dining, such that the sense of more openness is created and at the same time Kitchen is placed little away from the living so that the cooking time don’t disturb the Living area.
• Bedrooms are well designed to get the best utility of space which combines the wardrobe as per client requirement.
• Toilet is planned as an attached and a common which can hold a shower, closet, bath and bidet very comfortably.
• The existing plumbing lines are not disturbed and a good storage space is created surrounding it so that it feels the absence in view from living and dining.
• Majorly of all the whole design is done without disturbing any of the external walls especially the balcony door, only some part of internal walls have been modified.
