Seguendo le indicazioni e le richieste specifiche ho seguito una linea progettuale
basata sulla valorizzazione dei prodotti, la linea produttiva e il colore.
Non avendo una pianta o comunque uno spazio di riferimento da seguire,
il progetto si focalizza in particolare sul cuore di esso ovvero "la centrifuga" con
i suoi settori produttivi, la forma e le particolarità che rendono il complesso uno
spazio polifunzionale sia per l'utente che ci lavora sia al cliente.
"La centrifuga" uno elemento dove tutti gli ingredienti confluiscono in essa per
essere miscelati formando un nuovo prodotto. La mia interpretazione di questo elemento
nel progetto è una struttura di colore neutro posta al centro della area di produzione
nella quale confluiscono ( nella parte superiore ) un reticolo di pannelli colorati che
simboleggiano gli ingredienti diretti alla centrifuga. Nella parte "bassa" della struttura
ho creato una zona di produzione con postazioni di lavaggio, taglio, mixaggio, ecc..
La bellezza e la qualità dei prodotti è ben visibile dal consumatore; ho creato un vetrina
di prodotti semplice che richiama il banco espositivo del mercato di città.
La forma ricercata permette un flusso di lavorazione rapido in grado di garantire un servizio
immediato in un ambiente che può ospitare un gran numero di persone.


Hold by the directions and specific requests I followed a line design
base on the product appreciation, the production line and color.
Not having a plan or anyway a space of reference to follow ,
the project focuses in particular on the heart of it or " centrifuge " with
its productive sectors , the shape and characteristics that make the complex an
multi-functional space for both the user who works there and the customer.
" The centrifuge " element where all the ingredients come together for
be mixed to form a new product . My interpretation of this element
in the project is a neutral color at the center of the production area
which fused ( at the top ) of an array of colored panels that
symbolize the ingredients directly to the centrifuge . In the "lower"
part of the structure I have created a production area with wash stations , cutting , mixing, etc. ..
The beauty and quality of the products is clearly visible by the
consumer; I created a showcase simple product that draws the display counter market of the city.
The refined shape allows a rapid flow of processing in great to
guarantee a service immediately in an environment that can accommodate a large number of people .
