Il contest riguarda la ristrutturazione interna di un appartamento posto al terzo piano di un palazzo sito a Milano
Vengono proposte due soluzioni
Soluzione A :Composta da soggiorno con angolo cottura a vista. Entrando nell'appartamento sulla sinistra si trova un ripostiglio e tra il ripostiglio e la parete che divide la zona notte viene ricavato un angolo studio dove posizionare una scrivania e una libreria.
Nella zona notte sono presenti due camere matrimoniali e due bagni. Infondo al corridoi viene ricavato un armadio a muro dove posizionare la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice.
Soluzione B composta da soggiorno e cucina separata. Ripostiglio e angolo studio, due camere da letto matrimoniali e due bagni. Infondo al corridoi viene ricavato un armadio a muro dove posizionare la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice.

The contest concerns the internal renovation of an apartment on the third floor of a building located in Milan
Two solutions are proposed
Solution A: Composed of living room with open kitchenette. Entering the apartment on the left there is a closet and between the closet and the wall that divides the sleeping area there is a study corner where you can place a desk and a bookcase.
In the sleeping area there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. At the end of the corridors a built-in wardrobe is created where to place the washing machine and the dryer.
