Per la realizzazione del progetto dell'appartamento, si intende creare un design moderno organizzando lo spazio in una forma per sfruttare al meglio lo spazio dando aria all'intera area dell'appartamento. La porta principale verrà spostata per consentire l'accesso a uno spazio più spazioso che sarà dedicato al salotto e alla sala da pranzo, dandogli spazio e luce sufficienti per ospitare la famiglia e gli amici allo stesso tempo. L'area salotto avrà un comodo divano e due poltrone. Di fronte ci saranno tv e camino a parete. Verrà costruito un camino moderno che può funzionare con legno o bioetanolo a seconda dei desideri del cliente. Ci saranno mobili bassi e il muro sarà coperto di marmo. Dopo l'area lounge ci sarà un tavolo da pranzo che avrà posti per 6-8 persone e potrà essere aperto per accogliere amici o famiglia a pranzo e cena. Lo spazio attorno al tavolo sarà abbondante per ruotare o servire i piatti senza la necessità di spostare alcun mobile nella stanza e quando il tavolo è aperto. La tromba delle scale si aprirà per diventare una porta di accesso di seconda mano al balcone e dare più luce all'appartamento. La scala sarà trattata come un'area verde con piante decorative e sarà un importante elemento di design per dare valore all'appartamento. Dopo il divano e sul lato della parete d'ingresso ci sarà credenza con un design moderno che avrà un ruolo decorativo e funzionale per mantenere i libri, le scarpe o altri oggetti che vengono utilizzati regolarmente durante il giorno in soggiorno. La cucina sarà a forma di U e di fronte saranno i mobili in cui saranno posizionati il frigorifero e il forno a microonde. Un lato della cucina fungerà da bancone per la colazione o da trattare come bancone locale quando le feste si svolgono a casa. La ringhiera delle scale sarà sostituita per dare un design più moderno all'appartamento. Sarà realizzato in vetro temperato. Il piano superiore avrà una stanza per rilassarsi / una sala relax con un divano a L e una poltrona. Di fronte ci saranno un home theater e una playstation per trascorrere momenti divertenti con la famiglia o gli amici. Nell'area in cui il soffitto è più basso negli angoli delle stanze ci saranno una libreria e un mobile basso per sfruttare al massimo lo spazio che il soffitto consente. Nell'area del corridoio in cui viene creata la tasca, verranno posizionate 2 poltrone e un tavolino da caffè. Funzionerà come area di lettura e relax. I radiatori di riscaldamento in tutto l'appartamento saranno rivestiti da una lanterna di marmo sul davanti per dare un cambiamento totale all'appartamento e un lusso estetico. D'altra parte, saranno lasciati aperti per massimizzare la distribuzione.

The space around the table will be plentiful to rotate or serve the dishes without the need to move any furniture in the room and when the table is open. The stairwell will open to become a second-hand access door to the balcony and give more light to the apartment. The staircase will be treated as a green area with decorative plants and will be an important design element to give value to the apartment. After the sofa and on the side of the entrance wall there will be credenza with modern design that will have a decorative and functional role to keep the books, shoes or other items that are used regularly during the day in the living room. The kitchen will be U-shaped and opposite will be the furniture where the refrigerator and microwave will be placed. One side of the kitchen will function as a counter for breakfast or to be treated as a local counter when parties are held at home. Stair railing will be replaced to give a more modern design to the apartment. It will be made of tempered glass. The upper floor will have a hang out room / relax room with a l-shaped sofa and armchair. Opposite will be a home theater and play station to spend fun moments with family or friends. In the area where the ceiling is lower in the corners of the rooms there will be bookshelf and low cabinet to make the most of the space that the ceiling allows. In the corridor area where the pocket is created, 2 armchairs and a coffee table will be placed. This will work as a reading and chilling area. Heating radiators throughout the apartment will be clad in a marble lantern on the front to give a total change to the apartment and an aesthetic luxury. On the other hand, they will be left open to maximize distribution.
