La proposta comprende due soluzioni: una con scala centrale ed una con scala addossata alla parete.

ESTERNO: per quanto riguarda la siepe consiglierei di installare sul perimetro una spalliera composta da paletti in ferro con cavi di acciaio tesi e piantare delle piante di "falso gelsomino" (Trachelospermum jasminoides) che è una pianta rampicante di facile manutenzione, sempreverde, di poco ingombro e in tarda primavera fa dei fiori bianchi profumati.
