Description

Dear Client,

We have made efforts to address your requests while also presenting our suggestions to you. However, you must keep in mind that, structurally, we cannot remove or relocate the interior walls with significant thickness; therefore, we could only play around with thinner walls to meet your needs.
Another point that we considered was the placement of your piano. Due to the peculiarities of your property, we were striving to maintain the rectangular shape of the living space. Consequently, we were unable to expand the living area (although we did eliminate one space with your consent to make the living area larger). As a result, our suggestion to you is that the veranda space is the best location for your piano, both for light, the lively atmosphere of being surrounded by plants, the view of the beautiful city of Rome, and for providing a dedicated space for your music-composing.
On the other hand, the northern terrace was primarily designed for your children to have their own play space in proximity to their bedrooms.

P.s: Regarding the finishing list you requested, our suggestion remains that you preserve the existing flooring as much as possible, as herringbone parquet is very beautiful and closely aligns with your space and your taste, which is based on neoclassical design.

Thank you for this wonderful opportunity. Please feel free to contact us if you need any further information.
Wishing you all the best,
Warm regards,
Zahra Gozarnoei
