I’ve aimed to make the most of the living and dining areas by connecting them with the terrace, creating a unified social space. The kitchen has been expanded, with a small bar added, while keeping the remaining utilities toward the back.
In my opinion, the hallway works best without a door, allowing it to lead naturally toward the bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has been enlarged for better functionality and to maximize space.
There are no changes to the other areas compared to the original plan. The finishes follow the specifications in the file you shared, with a few small adjustments to create a warm, neutral, clean, and elegant atmosphere.
