This residential renovation project in Milano was carried out strictly following the client’s guidelines, who requested no significant changes to the original design. The only structural adjustment proposed was to straighten the laundry area wall, creating a cleaner and more functional space. A storage unit was suggested for the niche created, strategically placed next to the television to optimize the space and add functionality.
The material and décor proposal was developed based on the client’s references and the catalog provided. The chosen flooring was a light gray concrete-look porcelain tile, aligned with the client’s preference for this material. From there, the design followed a combination of nude tones and wood, materials that were also part of the client's tastes. To add personality to specific spaces, pastel tones were selected for some walls, creating a cozy and contemporary atmosphere while maintaining the desired neutrality.
The result is a balanced, functional, and aesthetically harmonious space that faithfully reflects the client’s preferences, from the material selection to the color palette.
