The importance of this proposal for the layout and design of the apartment is in the improvement of spaces in terms of (brightness / optimization of spaces / economy).
first of all I made the choice to keep the kitchen in its place and not to open it on the living room and to use its wall as a painting to install the fire place and the TV cabinet with a new sofa. this arrangement makes it possible to highlight the gohonzo by putting it in the center of the eyes with two mirrors around and a chest of drawers. the right part of the living room will be reserved for the table furniture which, once used and closed, forms a trio of paintings on the wall.
the hallway door has been removed to have more light in the hallway and make the living room look more convivial. this operation was accompanied by the extension of the kitchen door and the installation of a sliding glass one. the kitchen has been redistributed to be more functional and airy. white gives freshness to the space.
for the bathroom part, the idea was to respond as much as possible to your needs and to create calm and functional spaces with sober and pure materials such as granite.
the room has been refurbished to give it a facelift and to try to create a continuous space between the make-up corner and the tv cabinet. the use of a minimum of light for the bedroom aims to create a cozy space.
