Description

DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY
The house is structured as a succession of volumes of different heights, whose geometry adapts to the descending slope of land, which runs from the south to the north. There is a difference of 60 cm in height between each of the volumes.
The main facade of the house has 3 volumes completely glazed on its front face to take advantage of the landscape view. (East side)
The social area is the highest volume in the project. From this place the fusion of the pool water with the background landscape will be appreciated.
The house articulates the rest area (private area) around a central courtyard. This central courtyard with a beautiful garden, is the heart of the house and provides light, ventilation and views inside the house.
Our main idea was to avoid compact and hard volumes without the possibility of generating a space route, which is why we propose this dynamic arrangement of full and empty spaces.
The house has a correct division of areas, that is, all rooms have privacy and an adequate transition to the social area.
The project also has 2 outdoor social gathering areas: The terrace from which you can see the sunrise and sunset and the conversation pit next to the pool in which you can spend the afternoon and evening because it has a central fireplace.
The house has a rear exit from which you can go to the orchard and to the back gardens.
We optionally propose a pergola with vines as cover of the external area (barbecue area). The parking position is optional and is at the lowest level of the house, so it does not affect the views of the landscape.
