I need a mediterranean style villa, one floor, perfectly insert in the natural contest with the possibility of seeing the neighboring nature also from inside the house: I want large windows, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 of them en suite), kitchen and living room in the same large space, solarium with a swimming pool (60mq) and a shower, an outdoor space for a kitchen with a barbecue. The whole surface must be at most of 165mq. I would also like a little room with an outdoor access which has to be used as a laundry with a washing machine, gas and boiler. It's our need to have a vegetable garden outside of the kitchen. The villa we would like to be located with the gaze to the north east, the swimming pool in front so as to have sun for the whole day. The blue zone in the picture N9 is higher than the red.Please ask for more details.Vigneto Bimmisca Exactly the ideal location is the one on the diagonal that join the NWvertex with the SE vertex, practically aimed at enjoying sunrise and sunset from the veranda-solarium-sunset...like the photo.

Villa mediterranea, un piano, perfettamente inserita nel contesto naturale circostante con la possibilità di godere della natura che la circonda anche dall'interno della casa: ampie vetrate, 4 camere e 3 bagni, di cui 2 en suite, cucina soggiorno, solarium con piscina (60mq)
una doccia, uno spazio esterno per una cucina con barbecue e un locale lavanderia dotato di lavatrice, gas e boiler con accesso dall'esterno. Sarebbe utile avere un piccolo orto con accesso dalla cucina. La superficie massima consentita è di 165 170 mq. La zona blue nella foto N9 è più alta rispetto alla rossa.si la villa vorremmo fosse collocata con lo sguardo a nord est, la piscina davanti in modo da avere sole per tutta la giornata.Esattamente la collocazione ideale è quella che si colloca sulla diagonale che unisce il vertice NW con il verice SE, praticamente rivolta in modo di godere di alba e tramonto dalla veranda-solarium-piscina...aggiungo una foto
