The main aspect of this design which took my attention was the layout. The plan I came up with creates a comfortable and natural flow whilst taking into account all of the clients requirements. The lower floor was a very difficult plan to design, however the final plan is focused around the kitchen area whilst also allowing space for storage and a semi private space to relax.

The upper floor features an office and formal living space. It is a brighter area which acts as an entertaining and working space. The furniture and interior design on the upper floor is slightly more modern which is a great combination with the brightness of the area.

I am very happy with the outcome of this design and look forward to hearing comments from the client.
