Last year I bought a 3 bedrooms apartment on the map in a building project called K54 located in Kahale area in my home country Lebanon. The project is still in progress however the block work is finished. I think it’s in the MEP phase now.
This apartment AS2 consists of: 1 living room, 1 dining room, kitchen with a balcony, maid’s room, 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a master bedroom with a garden + a guest bathroom.
The view from this apartment is stunning. It overlooks Beirut, the airport and the sea among many other things.
I currently live in Dubai so the use of this apartment will be on occasional basis when I visit Lebanon mainly.
I love modern style with a touch of classic. I want to make it a nice apartment, comfortable and make use of the view and the garden which is linked to the master bedroom.
You’ll notice I changed a bit in the layout by removing a wall from the living/dining room space. So I want to know your opinion about that. I’m thinking of putting a bar, chimney (gas because the building isn’t equipped to put a wooden one) in the middle of the space between living and dining rooms so I want to know your opinion about that too.
I’m planning to use the balcony space too by adding a curtain glass and transform it into a room.
