I took into consideration all your desires and I would like to offer you a different space than expected for this type of restaurant.
Thinking about it, I decided to make some changes to the layout provided: I optimized the bathroom area, giving a larger space. Removed some tables, prioritizing the circulation and avoiding that some tables are less desired by customers than others. Finally, I created a larger and centralized waiting area. The part of the kitchen and service stay the same, as well as the positioning of the bar.
The creative inspiration came from the symbolism of bamboo and red color within the Asian culture. Bamboo as a symbol of generosity and red as celebration, luck and happiness.
