Hello, first of all I know i am delivering this with very few hours left but I just found out about this website a couple hours ago, i just found your project to be very interesting and quite what im mostly used to design, I read most if not all of the messages in the message board and got a pretty good idea of what you wanted and needed, the plans are very self-explanatory but there are a few things i would like to talk about, I read somewhere that you wanted a walking closet, but those are usually for way bigger homes like the american ones, the "walk in" space is not gonna be used almost at all so I think regular closets are the best option here, I left some more space in the room thinking in scenarios like maybe one of you can do yoga or exercise in the room while your children are in the living room playing video games. I really didnt found any challenge in putting two bathrooms with bathtubs in each of them, I put the closet for the washing machine and you can also fit a dryer there so you can use the same pipes that are in the bathroom and not extent too much. The kitchen it was totally neccesary to put it there integrated into the livingroom, since you rather have the study in a separate room, putting it next to the children's room would have killed the space for the livingroom which is why I decided to move the kitchen, I read somewhere that it wasn't an issue to move the pipes over there, it should be quite easy if you are changing the floor anyways, the dinning table as shown there is with all chairs out so if they are in is gonna take a lot less space and if you get an extendable table is gonna take even less space which is why i put the library in that corner, is gonna be more accesible than it looks on the plan and since is not an active space basically just storage, it shouldnt take a lot of useful space out of the tv area or the kitchen. I hope you like my concept, is very rough but I just got passionate about it right before going to sleep, hope you find something that you really like and suits your needs as good as can be.
