Hello!
My name is Pietro, my company is opening a pizza shop in Kingston, Jamaica.
We have 800sq ft available to be used both for kitchen/storage and customer area. There is one entrance to the shop and we have very large windows on two of the four sides of the establishment.
I have attached a few pictures of the shop and a few design sketches received from a local company that has proposed some furniture designs (they weren’t asked to fit the shop, which is why we only use those images to give an idea of how could the space be used – plus there is no plan for the kitchen area, since that wasn’t their competence).
I have also attached a few samples to give you a better idea of what we have in mind: a friendly, colorful and welcoming environment, with a modern, hearty look.
The floor plan shows two bathrooms, there is actually only one (on the left/entrance side of the space) and we will still need to arrange the second in the exact same place where it’s portrayed in the current floor plan. The current bathroom will become the customers’ one, the new one will be for the staff – next to it, we will need to build a small storage room.
The main counter will have to be wooden and placed parallel to the chalkboard wall (that will serve as an ever-changing menu), this way we will leave enough space to access the kitchen and have a longer counter where we can display our pizza and our products.
The seating area and the window counter with the stools shall remain quite similar to what is drawn in the attachments.
Flooring should be wooden/laminate, keeping in mind budget restrictions.
Hope all of this will help and we look forward to hearing from you!
Thanks,
PG
