I want to explain my idea in a few sentences.
The goal was to make the most of the space with minimal interventions on the existing walls. The description of the assignment stated that it was necessary to draw the base of the floor. So with my solution I did not cover the design of kitchen cabinets, changing ceramic tiles, color of walls ... or the choice of furniture.

Kitchen and Laundry
I "demolished" the wall between the kitchen and the living room, as you asked. Next to the kitchen and the bathroom, I set up a laundry room. The laundry door is facing the hall. That way, I pulled it out of the living room a bit and also used the long hallway. That position of laundry allowed me a better space for dining table and chairs.
I closed the door to the kitchen that leads to the patio to give me more space to set up the kitchen island.

Entrance and Living room
I set a low bench in front of the entrance door to which a wooden divider was placed. The bench makes it easy to put on and off your shoes, it allows you to put your bags when you enter the apartment. Above the divider is a suspended ceiling (20cm) with recessed lamps. Divider creates a gentle barrier between the entrance and the living room.
The dimensions of the sofa and armchairs match the dimensions you provided in the correspondence with the designers.

Bathroom
I didn't change the existing bathroom because I understood that you didn't plan on changing it.
Children’s room
There are three built-in closets between the children's rooms so that each girl has her own space for clothes. This was achieved by building a new wall in the room next to the bathroom and making two openings on the existing wall between the rooms.
In the room shared by the two girls, I set up a wooden divider. There are open shelves and enclosed cabinets on the divider, so light passes into the far part of the room.

Master Bedroom
The size of the third room made it possible to build a wardrobe from which you could enter the new bathroom. A small work area can be arranged inside the bedroom, as shown in the drawing.
