Here is the layout plan I find most efficient without lots of changes of the current walls.
Mainly there are several changes you need to do with the wall:
1. demolition of the kitchen wall to create open space with the living area, and
2. new wall construction for the master bathroom.
I also made two design alternatives for the daughter's split bedroom, you can use retractable partition, which is more flexible if sometimes you want an open area, or totally enclosed space with two tiny bedroom units.

The dimension presented here may be slightly different with the actual measurement, since I just tried to draw from the plan image you provided, hopefully it matches well.
