Hello to everyone!
The goal is to refurnish the living area and the kitchen completely and to redo the fireplace. We want to remove the plasterboard wall that divides the kitchen from the entrance, creating open space which will be divided by a sliding door. Also, we would like to create a utility room between the living room and entry using the corner where now the dark wooden furniture is (next to the staircase). The kitchen has to be bigger of about 3,9-4mt, but we want to keep it in the same place. Also, you can enlarge it for about 1,3mt with a fridge/oven column putting it where now the niche is indeed we want to eliminate it. The chimney should stay where it is; it can be moved a little more to the right or left, but it needs to have minimum the dimension of 132×55 cm (I attached drawings and examples of achievements). We don’t want to change the original floor and the fixtures. If possible, I would like to keep only the sofa and the entrance furniture (only the one with the red pots!). You will need to insert a support (on the top) along the wall and the plasterboard niche that will be demolished. Also, the floor will remain incomplete where you take away part of the wall and under the refrigerator and the cabinet column. We want light colour for the kitchen but not white; Our favorite colours: soft, neutral colours (maybe some brown element to match the colour of the fixtures). For the kitchens, we like these brands: “Veneta Cucine” or “Dibiesse Cucine (model: Asolo)” or “Zecchinon (Model: Tiffany with door to frame). Also, I need a bookcase or something similar in the niche next to the couch where now we have the stereo …
I wish you good work!
