We had a real challenge to complete the design of this house for three person, but i am assured that this is the best we could get considering the budget that we had and the fact that we could not demolish the walls. The first floor will be furnished with a modern style and the goal we aim to achieve is creating an environment which is both efficent and also pleasing to the eye. As you will see in the next renders, we will try to make the first floor an ideal living space with a pleasant living/ dining room, using furniture and colors which create a perfect harmony with the existing tiles and the required home decor. According to the bedroom layout, we have designed a cozy space, comfortable enough for 3 students to accomodate. Considering the large space that the hall offers, we have decided to use it as a nice studying corner, by placing 3 large studying desks which provide the space and privacy which every student needs. The LED solution in hallway is placed there because they compesate the lack of light in the hallway and make you feel like you have a window there. As for the kitchen, since the place for the kitchen is specific in the living area, we suggest that the wooden furniture must be made at a carpenter, it is also more economic. The other equipment like sink,fridge and oven must be bought at a local kitchen equipment shop. As for the bathroom we recommend to have a look at Iperceramica with the names on the furniture list since the space was challenging and you need some furnitures to mix the the other parts of the house.
