Project_description

The project tend to to optimize the spaces in a modern and functional key. based on the space at disposition which is only bound by the existing windows, terraces and by the position of the drains.
The goal was to keep the suspended ceilings, drains and bathroom positions, so as not to increase the cost of the renovation.
The bed room, equipped with a walk-in closet and a existing large bathroom with a large shower is dispositioned in the south-west corner. The door to the bathroom was moved, so that it could be entered from the bedroom.
The second room has been converted into a study. The position in the south-east corner provides the necessary isolation for undisturbed work. The room has a niche with built-in shelves for storing documents. Next to the study there is a smaller bathroom, to which space for a washing machine and dryer has been added.
Between the kitchen and the living room there is a new partition wall with a thickness of 10 cm. This wall partially separates the kitchen and the living room. It enables the placement of a TV and a media credence and ensures a distance of 3m in relation to the sofa. By installing a wall, there is space in the kitchen to hang console shelves, a clock or a picture with a food theme.
Are delivered the following elements:
- New floor plan with the furniture position
- New floor plan with dimensions
- New floor plan with areas by room and area table
- Demolition and reconstruction plan
