Hi hopefully your fine,thanks for giving me an opportunity to work on your project. Have tried as much as possible to make minimal changes as mentioned below .
-Changed Livingroom pivoted windows to sliding so as to maximise space, but if you would opt not to open the windows can still maintain them.
-Have repositioned bathroom one door to reduce congestion of doors and introduced a small library in that corridor.
-Recommend to have sliding doors at the bathrooms to maximise space and accommodate washer as I opt to have a washer at every bathroom to reduce movements in the bedrooms, enhance privacy and convenience.
-Introduced study area of about 1.2 to 0.8m just at the main entrance that can accommodate a small library and a chair.
--Opted to have a rectangular dinning table to maximise space and that can accommodate 3 people on one side.
-Tv is around 3.152m away from sofas as requested.
-Opted to extend masterbedroom wall to accommodate a bigger walk through closet ,though still can maintain its size that is if you don't have lots of staff that needs a big one.
-As far as colours are concerned you can alter to your preference.
