One space with kitchen (I would keep my kitchen) and living area
I would like adopt an industrial style but not too extreme .
I would like having a brick wall
I would insert a high table with two stools and keep a normal table too,.
I would like to see a little wine cellar (max 10 bottles)
The floor is composed partly parquet and partly with tiles in the kitchen area: no problem to make a new floor with a nice wood effect .
All the furnishings can be replaced (no kitchen). In the new furnishings I need a library and containers spaces
