Your project has been designed, consisting of a ground floor, first and second floors, a mezzanine, and an upper floor for the roof, with the installation on the second floor and its mezzanine with the roof and the stairs leading to it. Here are some important basic points to better understand the project:
- Starting from the ground floor:
The ground floor contains an apartment with a large living and dining area, an open kitchen, and a guest bathroom that opens to the outside with stairs leading to the first floor, which contains the rest of the spaces of the same house.
- In the eastern part of the ground floor, it contains a studio with an open area for living, dining, and the kitchen, a small bedroom, and a private bathroom for them.
- First floor Plan :
Part of it contains the rest of the spaces that make up the house on the ground floor, as the first floor contains a bedroom, a bathroom, and a corner for the washing machine and dryer.
The other part can be reached via an external front staircase and this part contains a private space for administrative offices for one owner with stairs leading to the second floor which contains an apartment for the owner
- Second floor Plan :
It consists of a private apartment for the owner with an entrance and a large open living and dining area with a staircase leading to the mezzanine floor and a closed kitchen and a private bathroom for guests and a large master bedroom with a dressing room and a large private bathroom.
Mezzanine floor:
It is a continuation of the owner's apartment and contains a large office room for the owner and a private room for reading and a bathroom and a relaxation area that overlooks the floor below it.
- Roof floor Plan :
The roof was built on the entire area of the building and contains a private area for the sauna that can accommodate people with an area of 200 square foot and is a suitable distance from the edges of the building from all directions with a designated relaxation area in front of the sauna that can accommodate people as well and another area for eating and relaxing in the open air under a wooden pergola.
- The roof floor is reached via spiral escape stairs leading to each floor.
The height of the second floor and its mezzanine is 3 meter for each floor, which is what is permitted.
