Hello dear Client!
Most important changes I have used on your project were: changing door enterance for WC, redesign kitchen (meaning demolish walls and adding kitchen island with 2 seats, can be seen in Renders). Desk for working is added in living area, behind sofa (which can be opened and used as bed for 2 persons). Living room is divided from the kitchen/dinning by a bookcase, like you suggested, with enough space to walk on both sides. Worth mentioning is that the bedroom kept original idea from yours, meaning only little changes are improved (bed is 1.9mx1.40m).
From my experience and from practice, it is preferable that the WC is near the enterance of the Apartman. Same goes with the Kitchen, so in my opinion, demolishing walls in that area were necessary. I uploaded one FloorPlan with basic dimensions and colors, and other one has all detailed dimensions and important distances.
