L'appartamento avrà una zona giorno aperta con un salotto e una zona pranzo. Il divano può essere aperto per trasformarsi in un letto per 2 persone. Sul lato del porta tv sarà presente un letto a scomparsa che si integrerà con la colonna esistente per creare un unico mobile durante il giorno a letto aperto. Nella zona di servizio tra la cucina e il wc, la parete sarà spostata per creare una cucina completa dove da un lato ci saranno i mobili con lavello e dall'altro ci saranno un fornello e un frigorifero a grandezza naturale. Le pareti del bagno verranno modificate per ottimizzare lo spazio tra la toilette e la camera da letto. La toilette avrà un lavabo, wc bidet e doccia full-size. La camera da letto avrà letti matrimoniali, un armadio aperto e una scrivania da lavoro e da trucco. I colori che verranno utilizzati sono il bianco chiaro, prevarrà il blu e il blu.
